Privacy policy.

1. Who we are

Boald Construction Management Ltd. operates this website, including the budget and concept estimating tool, the Trivia Challenge game, and the project inquiry forms. Questions about this policy can be sent to andrew@boaldconstruction.com.

2. Information we collect

When you submit a project inquiry or register to play the Trivia Challenge, we collect the contact details you provide: your name, email address, phone number, company, and any project details or drawings you upload. We use this information to respond to your inquiry, run the game and its leaderboards, and administer the monthly raffle. We do not sell your information.

3. Human verification (Cloudflare Turnstile)

The Trivia Challenge uses Cloudflare Turnstile in invisible mode to distinguish human visitors from automated bots. Turnstile is developed by Cloudflare, Inc. and processes minimal signals — such as your client IP address, TLS fingerprint, User-Agent header, and the sitekey and associated origin — solely for bot detection and blocking. These signals are not used to identify, profile, or target individuals.

For details on how Cloudflare processes Turnstile data, please review Cloudflare's Turnstile Privacy Addendum and Privacy Policy. Data protection requests regarding Cloudflare's processing of Turnstile data can be directed to Cloudflare's Data Protection Officer at dpo@cloudflare.com, or to us using the contact details above.

4. Cookies and local storage

This site uses only strictly necessary browser storage needed to run its features, such as keeping your game session active while you play. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

5. Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you by emailing andrew@boaldconstruction.com.
